Because LootCart products are primarily digital products,
refunds may be limited once a product has been delivered or
downloaded. Please review the product information before
completing your purchase.
01 · Technical Problems
If you experience a genuine technical problem with a product
or cannot access your purchased product, please contact us so
we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
02 · Download Problems
If you have completed payment but cannot access your product,
contact us with your order details. We will make reasonable
efforts to help you access the purchased product.
03 · Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis,
considering the nature of the product, delivery status and
reason for the request.
04 · Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once,
please contact us with the relevant order information.
05 · Unauthorized Sharing
Refunds may not be available where a product has been
intentionally shared, redistributed, copied or misused.
